SUPPORT WORKER
WINDERMERE BALBRIGGAN, DUBLIN
Balbriggan is a new Residential Service for six adults with
Intellectual Disability, Autism, complex needs and challenging
behaviour. The service is based in the heart of Balbriggan and
promotes the independence and social inclusion of all service users
who reside there. The service also aims to support each individual to
reach their potential and have the highest standard Quality of Life in
line with their wishes and irrespective of their needs and challenges.
Support Workers are central to ensuring Praxis Care achieves our goal
of providing quality care and support to our Service Users. Each of
our Support Workers will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a
high quality and reliable support service. Our Support Workers provide
a friendliness and encouragement towards our Service Users supporting
independence and providing the environment for Service Users to
achieve their desired outcomes
